This case features a 31-year-old female who underwent a Nipple Sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction in a Pre-Pectoral plane. She chose highly cohesive gel implants with a round base and moderate plus profile. The patient wished for a slightly fuller breast profile. The moderate implant height contributed to a balanced and proportionate figure, enhancing the patient's overall body contour. The reconstruction was purely implant-based, focusing on restoring volume and shape without nipple and areola reconstruction. This approach was selected to meet the patient's specific desires and medical considerations, ensuring a result that not only looks natural but has been durable. Post-op: 7 years.
