This case features a patient with breast cancer who underwent bilateral mastectomy followed by Nipple-sparing, Direct to Implant (DTI) with Sensory Preservation. The highly cohesive gel implants chosen were round in shape with a moderate profile and a size of 320cc, designed to achieve a natural and balanced look. The before image displays the patient's initial condition. The after image showcases the natural appearance of the reconstruction. By undergoing microvascular nerve repair and reconstruction, the patient was able to maintain sensation to the breast. Age: 60-69.
