This case features a 59-year-old patient who underwent a Revision Breast Reconstruction to address complications from a previous surgery. Initially, the patient presented with infection of tissue expanders. Our goal was to restore symmetry, improve aesthetic outcomes, and enhance the patient's overall comfort and confidence. The after photo demonstrates the remarkable transformation achieved through reconstruction with latissimus flap, fat transfer, and highly cohesive silicone gel implants. The breasts now exhibit improved shape, volume, and symmetry, providing a natural and proportionate appearance.
