This case features a 54-year-old female patient who sought revision breast reconstruction. She had bilateral capsulectomy to remove a ruptured implant and reposition her implants, new cohesive gel implants with a better size and shape, and fat transfer to achieve a more natural and symmetrical appearance following previous breast surgeries. The before image displays asymmetry and signs of capsular contracture, a common post-surgical complication where scar tissue forms around the implant, causing hardness and discomfort. The after image showcases the results post-revision, highlighting the improved symmetry and contour of the breasts.
