This case features a 60-year-old female patient who had bilateral ruptured silicone implants with capsular contracture. She also felt that her nipples projected too far. She underwent bilateral Capsulectomy, Revision Breast Augmentation, and Nipple Reduction. The before image displays the initial state with visible signs of capsular contracture and disproportionate nipple size. The after image showcases the natural and symmetrical appearance of her breasts. The successful capsulectomy addressed the hardness and discomfort caused by the capsular contracture, while the revision augmentation restored a youthful contour.
