This is a mommy makeover case for a 64-year-old female patient weighing 141 lbs, combining abdominoplasty, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, a buttock lift, and monsplasty in a single operative plan. The before photo shows significant abdominal skin laxity with excess tissue across the lower and mid-abdomen. The abdominoplasty addressed that redundant skin and the underlying abdominal wall. Liposuction targeted the flanks and abdomen to reduce localized volume in those areas, while the buttock lift repositioned the surrounding tissue. The monsplasty reduced excess tissue in the pubic region, which is often part of the plan when a full abdominoplasty is performed. The after photo shows a flatter abdominal contour with the low horizontal scar visible across the lower abdomen.
