This is a mastopexy case performed on a 44-year-old woman weighing 132 lbs. The procedure repositioned the nipple-areola complex higher on the breast mound and removed excess skin to reshape the breast envelope. In the before photo, you can see the nipples sitting below the lower breast fold. Three weeks after surgery, the after photo shows the nipples repositioned above the fold, with the areolas visibly reduced in diameter and the overall breast contour sitting higher on the chest wall. Scars at this stage are still early and will continue to fade over the coming months.
