This case features a female who sought to enhance her natural silhouette through breast implant removal and a subsequent breast lift. Initially, the patient presented with concerns about her breast shape and comfort following previous augmentation. Opting for explantation, she desired a return to a more natural breast contour while addressing issues of sagging and asymmetry. Our surgical approach focused on removing the existing implants and performing a mastopexy to lift and reshape the breasts. The after photos, taken several months post-operation, showcase a significant improvement in breast position and symmetry, achieving a more youthful and uplifted appearance while maintaining a natural look.
