This case features a male patient who underwent both upper and lower trans-conjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to address concerns of eyelid sagging and under-eye bags that contributed to a tired and aged appearance. The before image displays noticeable puffiness and excess skin around both the upper and lower eyelids. Following the procedure, as seen in the after image, there is a remarkable improvement in the contour of the eyelids. The upper eyelids appear more defined, and the lower eyelid bags have been significantly reduced, giving the patient a more refreshed and youthful look. Age: 50-59.
