Revision Breast Augmentation Mastopexy #17643

This 58-year-old female patient sought to rejuvenate her appearance with a breast implant exchange combined with a mastopexy (breast lift). The before image displays the initial state with previous implants that had begun to show signs of aging, affecting both the shape and position of her breasts. The after image showcases an implant exchange with type change from saline to cohesive gel silicone as well as revision mastopexy. The postop photos show improved breast nipple height, decreased breast tissue hang over the implant, and an overall more natural appearance to the breast.
