Revision Breast Augmentation Mastopexy #19215

This case features a 55-year-old female patient who sought to improve the aesthetics and comfort of her breast implants through a capsulectomy and revision breast augmentation mastopexy. Initially, the patient presented with concerns about the symmetry of her previous implants, which had an asymmetric fill as well as contracture of the capsule on the right. Our surgical approach focused on removing the hardened capsules that had formed around the original implants and replacing them with new, state-of-the-art implants that better suited her natural body contour. Additionally, a mastopexy was performed to lift and reshape the breasts, enhancing their overall appearance and symmetry.
