This case features a female who underwent a bilateral prophylactic mastectomy for increased risk of breast cancer. The procedure involved the use of a latissimus dorsi flap combined with round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants. The implants were placed through a circumareolar incision, which is less conspicuous and aids in a more natural-looking outcome. Additionally, nipple and areola reconstruction was performed to enhance the aesthetic results and symmetry. She did not additionally tattoo the reconstructed nipple. The before and after images illustrate the remarkable transformation achieved, showcasing restored breast volume and a natural contour that harmonizes with the patient’s physique.
