This case features a patient who underwent a transformative breast reconstruction using implant-based techniques. The procedure involved the placement of highly cohesive gel implants, chosen for their durability and natural feel. The implants used were round in shape and base, with a moderate profile, and sized at 540cc. The patient underwent a Nipple Sparing Mastectomy with Direct To Implant (DTI) reconstruction in a Pre-Pectoral plane. She exhibits a natural appearing reconstruction that is in line with her preoperative breast size and shape. Age: 50-59.
