This case features a 52-year-old female patient who underwent bilateral Skin Sparing Mastectomy and Immediate Prepectoral Reconstruction with Tissue Expanders. She later underwent tissue expander to implant exchange and 3D nipple tattooing. The before and after images illustrate the remarkable results achieved using round, highly cohesive gel implants, which provided a natural contour and enhanced symmetry. This shows durable results at 3 years, even with a weight loss of 40 lbs.
