This case features a 44-year-old female who underwent breast implant removal and a subsequent breast lift. Initially, the patient presented with concerns about her breast aesthetics and comfort following previous augmentation. The before image displays the appearance of her breasts with implants, characterized by significant volume but noticeable sagging. The after image showcases the results post-explantation and mastopexy, highlighting the natural lift and reshaped contour of her breasts. The patient removed 250cc implants. The results show an elevated breast, with a natural contour.
