Fat Transfer #16047

This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate tissue expander reconstruction in the pre-pectoral plane. She later underwent tissue expander to implant exchange, as well as fat transfer to create a natural appearing reconstruction with durable results. Postoperative photos show results 2 years after her final reconstruction.
